The USMF Bi-National Partnership Week took place in Mexico City and Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas in November 2011.

Highlights included:

• Interaction with members of the U.S. delegation in private meals and other special events in Mexico City
• Site visit to model, citizen-intensive NGOs in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, in collaboration with the Kellogg Foundation as on-site host
